Teenagers born in 2009 will be banned for life from purchasing cigarettes in the U.K.

A new law passed in the British Parliament will not allow people born after January 1, 2009 to ever legally buy cigarettes in U.K. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports on how residents are handling the change.
