Bibhav Kumar, the former personal secretary to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, was arrested by Delhi Police on Friday on charges of allegedly assaulting Rajya Sabha MP and Swati Maliwal. Kumar is slated for a court appearance at Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court.
