France condemns in the strongest possible terms the massive airstrikes that struck Kyiv overnight. According to initial reports, 14 people were killed, including three children, and some 30 people were injured. This brutal attack, which also seriously damaged the EU Delegation office in Ukraine, is unacceptable. It reminds us once again that Russia has shown no indication that it intends to end its war of aggression.
