The Jalen Ramsey-to-Pittsburgh rumors had begun to simmer down — which is music to Tyreek Hill’s ears.
At Fanatics Fest, the Dolphins’ All-Pro wide receiver made his desire to keep Ramsey in Miami known:
“I’m going to hang out with Ramsey next week, man,” Hill said. “I’m going to get him back. Full-court press, I’m getting Ramsey back in a Dolphins jersey. I don’t care what they say — it’s tampering, whatever. We need Ramsey. He’s a dog. He’s one of the best corners in the league — great leader, great teammate too, though. That’s what he doesn’t get a lot of credit for … We just need him on the Dolphins, man.”
On last Friday’s episode of The Pat McAfee Show, insider Adam Schefter boldly claimed that “Ramsey will get traded” and preferred a landing spot on the West Coast — clearly bad news for a potential Steelers trade.
Will Hill’s sales pitch to Ramsey work in Miami’s favor, or will Pittsburgh give Steelers fans what they’re asking for with a blockbuster trade?
