Titans' Calvin Ridley lands on top 30 players over the age of 30 list

Despite the youth the Tennessee Titans have recently acquired or added to their roster, they are still one of the top 10 oldest teams in the NFL. The majority of that is because Morgan Cox is 39, Johnny Hekker is 35, and Kevin Zeitler is 35. Tyler Lockett is 32, and there are three players who are 30.

Recently, CBS Sports ranked the top 30 players over the age of 30, and Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley managed to land on the list.

30. WR Calvin Ridley Age: 30Give credit to Ridley for having a 1,000-yard campaign with the Titans quarterback situation last season, as he finished with 64 catches for 1,017 yards (15.9 yards per catch) and four touchdowns.

Ridley missed a year due to a gambling suspension but has recorded back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons since his return. Now 30 years old, his numbers may be even better with Cam Ward at quarterback.

Ridley is entering his seventh season in the league and his second with the Titans. Last season, he recorded 64 receptions for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns, without fumbling the ball once.

On the field last season, Ridley’s effort came into question a few times, but you can’t deny his back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, either. He is one of the best receivers in the league, and with Cam Ward tossing him the rock in 2025, he has the potential to re-establish himself at the top of the pecking order.
