With the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft less than a week away, teams are finalizing their pre-draft process by wrapping up visits and setting up their draft boards.
The Tennessee Titans have been busy throughout the process, meeting with a myriad of prospects at different positions. Not surprisingly, the team has spent a lot of time with wide receivers, bringing in six for top-30 visits. Defensive line (five) and offensive line (four) were next in line.
One of the offensive linemen coming in for a Top 30 visit is Georgia offensive guard Tate Ratledge.

Ratledge is one of the better guard prospects in this class and could be a first-year starter in the right system. He is a powerful interior presence that also has the ability to anchor in pass-pro against top competition. One of his biggest detractors is a lack of positional flexibility. An experienced right guard prospect, he would fit into a power run scheme and has the upside to develop into a long-term starter.
While there is a lot to like, he is not a fluid mover and will likely struggle in a zone-based scheme. He needs to clean up some of the technical aspects of his game while also working on adding versatility. As it stands, Ratledge sits as a mid-round prospect who could pay instant dividends with the right franchise.
