Injuries have mounted for the Tennessee Titans, and those have forced the team to make a few moves to gather reinforcements for their Week 7 matchup with Mike Vrabel and the New England Patriots.
One significant addition will be the return of defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat. The Titans activated the second-year defender from injured reserve and he will be active against the Patriots after missing the past four weeks with an ankle injury.
The Titans also dipped into their practice squad to elevate wide receiver Mason Kinsey and linebacker Curtis Jacobs for the contest. This is the first elevation for Kinsey in 2025, but this will be the third and final time Tennessee can elevate Jacobs this season.

Under NFL rules, players can be elevated a maximum of three times during the season, and Jacobs was active for both Week 4 and Week 6 for the Titans. Now, after this elevation, Tennessee will have to sign Jacobs to the 53-man roster to keep him around.
