Hyderabad: Vijay Kumar, a 1997 batch IPS officer, on Sunday took charge as Director-General, ACB, at the ACB office in Banjara Hills following orders from the state government issued on Saturday.
Vijay Kumar’s wife is a senior IPS officer and holds a top position in the state police.
Vijay Kumar is a former Hyderabad head of the Intelligence Bureau.
