Supreme Court asks Sahara Group to furnish list of top officials, properties for sale

The Supreme Court has asked the Sahara Group to provide details of its officials, shareholders, and unencumbered properties that can be sold to raise Rs 10,000 crore. This amount is to be deposited in the SEBI-Sahara refund account for returning investors’ money. The court has sought a practical solution as the issue has been pending for over a decade.
