The Supreme Court has allowed MLA Abbas Ansari to attend a private prayer service in remembrance of his late father, Mukhtar Ansari, in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. The court ordered Ansari to be shifted to Ghazipur jail before June 9 and allowed to participate in the service without hindrance. Ansari will be taken back to Ghazipur on June 10 and again to his home on June 11 and 12.
