We were deeply saddened to learn of the Gloria funicular railway accident in Lisbon on September 3 that left several people dead and many injured. One French citizen was among the injured.
In these painful circumstances, France sends its condolences to the victims and their families. It offers its heartfelt solidarity to them and to the Portuguese people.
