Gotta watch ’em all
Between console games and free-to-play mobile titles, it’s a good time to be a fan of Pokemon. With Pokemon Legends: Z-A scheduled to launch in October and numerous events planned for its mobile titles, it can also be hard to keep track of everything, but fortunately, The Pokemon Company is ready to reveal what’s on the horizon with its Pokemon Presents livestream.
The July livestream wasn’t loaded with big reveals–but the announcement of a Pokemon series from Aardman Animation was a welcome surprise–and it was mostly focused on informing the Pokemon community with news of in-game events for several mobile titles and the debut of a new trailer for Pokemon Legends: Z-A. In case you missed it, here’s a quick look at everything that was announced.
Behold, DJ Pikachu
Before the livestream kicked off, we got a look at the newest Pikachu to join the roster of esteemed electric-rats, like Ash Ketchum’s signature Pokemon and Captain Pikachu: DJ Pikachu. If you didn’t watch it, then you missed out on a killer concert.

Pokemon Concierge
A new series of Pokemon Concierge will be out soon on Netflix, and we got a fresh look at this charming show. New episodes will debut on Netflix, starting September 4.
Aardman Animation is also making a Pokemon series
Pokemon Concierge isn’t the only stop-motion animated Pokemon series on the way, as Wallace and Grommit studio Aardman Animation revealed Pokemon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d and Pikachu. It’ll be out in 2027.
PokePark Kanto
Pokemon fans can look forward to a theme park inspired by the franchise. PokePark Kanto is being built in the Tama area, and this project is a collaboration between The Pokemon Company and Yumiuriland. The grand opening is planned for 2026.
Pokemon Friends
Another mobile Pokemon game is on the way, called Pokemon Friends. This is a puzzle-solving game priced at $10 for a “Basic Pack” on Switch consoles–but free on mobile–and it’s now available for Switch 2, Switch, iOS, and Android.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
A new Tera Raid event has been announced for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and this time, you can attempt to catch powerful versions of the legendary Pokemon Wo-Chien, Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, and Chi-Yu.
If each Ruinous Pokemon is defeated 1 million times by the Pokemon community before the event ends, they’ll be available to catch. Additionally, there’ll be mass outbreaks of shiny Pokemon over the next couple of months.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A
More gameplay for Pokemon Legends: Z-A was shown off, and we also got a quick look at more Mega Evolution Pokemon. One of these powerhouses is Mega Dragonite, but players will also have to look out for rogue Mega Evolution Pokemon.

Pokemon Champions
Pokemon Champions is set to be released in 2026 for Switch consoles and mobile, and the new trailer for the game showed off plenty of action. Not only will players be able to focus purely on battling, but they’ll also be able to focus on how they want to raise their Pokemon for the matches ahead of them.
Pokemon Go
The Pokemon Go Fest 2025: Max Finale event will be held in August, and it’ll see the arrival of several Gigantamax Pokemon. Eternatus will also appear in the game for the first time globally.
Pokemon Masters EX
Pokemon Masters EX expands with a new duo, as Carmine and Sinistcha will appear in their featured Poke Fair starting July 29.
Pokemon Cafe Remix
You can grab an adorable Lapras–in its five-star sea captain outfit–in the game, starting July 23. Adventure-themed decorations are also coming to the game soon.
Pokemon Sleep
The Legendary Dogs of the Johto region are coming to Pokemon Sleep. Research assignments for Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will kick off in September. In November 2025, players can explore the new Amber Canyon area.
Pokemon Unite
To commemorate four years of Pokemon Unite, Latios and Latias from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are being added to the game alongside a new mode called Electrode Volleyball.
Pokemon Trading Card Game
Mega Evolution booster packs are coming to Pokemon Trading Card Game in September, and some of the designs teased for this set look incredible.
