Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi felicitated sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik at his residence in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. Pattnaik won the Golden Sand Master Award with a gold medal at the International Sand Sculpture Championship in St. Petersburg, Russia, according to the Chief Minister’s office.
