Nation’s No. 1 QB Has Four-Word Message for Georgia After 4-Star’s Official Visit originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
With 18 commitments in the 2026 cycle, the Georgia Bulldogs have the third-best recruiting class according to On3. The best player to commit to the SEC powerhouse is quarterback Jared Curtis, a five-star rated signal-caller out of Nashville, Tennessee.
On Wednesday, on social media, the 6-foot-3.5, 225-pound field general encouraged adding Malakai Lee, a four-star offensive lineman.
Lee, a massive 6-foot-7, 310-pound tackle from Honolulu, Hawaii, is the country’s No. 119 player, 11th-best offensive tackle and second-best player in Hawaii. He shared a post about his official visit to the Bulldogs that caught the attention of Curtis.
“Let’s get it done!” said Curtis via his X account.

Lee appears to be a heavy lean toward the USC Trojans, according to the predictions submitted to On3. In addition to UGA, he has offers from Michigan, Alabama, Texas, Nebraska, Oregon and more. Besides Georgia, Lee has scheduled official visits to Michigan, Texas and Alabama.
When describing what he thought on his official visit to Georgia, Lee said, “After going to Georgia on my OV, I really liked it out there. From the staff to the facilities, everything is first-class. Coach Smart and Coach Searels know how to develop players to win championships.”

The Bulldogs have already secured four commitments from players across the offensive line: four-star offensive tackle Ekene Ogboko, four-star interior offensive lineman Graham Houston, three-star interior offensive lineman Zykie Helton and three-star interior offensive lineman Zachary Lewis.
Curtis announced his intention to join the Bulldogs in May. On3’s Charles Power described the quarterback as an “elite arm talent with creative playmaking ability” who reminds scouts of another former UGA alumnus, Matthew Stafford.
On3 estimates that Curtis’ NIL value is at $1.8 million, ranking him 30th overall in their NIL 100 and second among high school football players. Curtis is the top-ranked quarterback in 247Sports’ composite rankings.
