Five teams from Kentucky and at least 20 players who attended high school in the commonwealth will participate in the NCAA Tournament this year.
Two teams are on the men’s side: third-seeded Kentucky and eighth-seeded Louisville.
Three teams are on the women’s side: seventh-seeded Louisville, fourth-seeded Kentucky and 11th-seeded Murray State.
