It’ll be a busy couple of days on the couch for fans. Less than a week remains until the 2025-26 Opening Night. The Oklahoma City Thunder will start the new regular season when they drop their championship banner and hand out their rings.
Before that, a couple of documentaries will be released to keep Thunder fans busy for the weekend. When you win an NBA championship, expect there to be plenty of behind-the-scenes footage as you enter the NBA Finals and have one of the greatest seasons ever.
The second of two documentaries will come out on Netflix’s ‘Starting 5’ series. The second season will be shown on Thursday, Oct. 16. Documentary crews followed Gilgeous-Alexander during the 2024-25 season as he eventually won an NBA championship.
The other four NBA players who were featured for this season were Tyrese Haliburton, Kevin Durant, James Harden and Jaylen Brown.
