In the wake of the Kanchanjunga Express train accident, 19 trains have been cancelled on New jalpaiguri, Siliguri Junction, Bagdogra & Aluabari road route.
On Monday morning, eight people were killed and nearly 25 persons were injured after a goods rammed into the Kanchanjunga Express.
Four coaches from rear side of the Kanchanjunga Express and 5 wagons of the goods train got derailed as a result of the incident.
Earlier, Indian Railways issued help desk numbers in connection with the Kanchanjunga Express accident.
