Indian doctor operates Pakistani patient in Sri Lanka

A Mumbai-based eye surgeon operated on a blind man from Lahore at an eye hospital in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Pakistani patient couldn’t get an Indian medical visa despite months of follow-up. Dr Quresh Maskati performed the surgery with local surgeon Dr Kusum Rathnayake, restoring partial vision within 48 hours.
