Hyderabad: The Panjagutta police booked K.A. Paul for cheating one Kiran Kumar of `50 lakh after promising him a ticket from his Praja Shanti Party from the LB Nagar Assembly segment in the recent Asembly polls. Kiran Kumar, a resident of Rangareddy district, told the police that he had transferred Rs 30 lakh online to Paul and paid `20 lakh through other means in November last but he did not get the ticket. Police have begun investigations.
