Match summary
Our team from Salzburg, coached by Dusan Pavlovic, were in control of their first-ever competitive match from the start. Greta Spinn & Co. created a number of chances after winning possession high up the field in front of over 500 spectators at the Alberschwende sports ground, with the Tyrolean-born player opening the scoring early on (3′).
After Vina Crnoja (31′), Aldina Hamzic (35′) and Sara Grabovac (37′) had already put is in an unassailable lead before the break, our team added to their tally against the Vorarlberg team from the third division.
Greta Spinn (49′), substitute Tina Krassnig (72′) and an Emelie Kobler brace (88′ and 90′) ultimately sealed the 8-0 win – with set pieces (one goal from a corner) and counterattacks also creating dangerous moments.
Our team are now through to the round of 16, which will take place in mid-November.

That was a strong team performance! We brought a high level of intensity to the pitch and maintained it throughout the 90 minutes. There can be no complaints we took such a big win. We made five substitutions in the 55th minute, and the girls who came on then put in great performances – that makes me particularly happy. Bring on the league!
