Competitive Virginia races could play a critical role in the battle for Congress

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Democrat Eugene Vindman and Republican Derrick Anderson remained locked in a close contest early Wednesday in a U.S. House race in Virginia for the seat being vacated by three-term Democratic U.S. Rep. Abigail Spanberger.
