Ratings week continues to march on in NBA 2K26, as the developers have released yet another top 10 list of player ratings. Following the reveal of the best three-point shooters, we have the top 10 ball handlers in the game, and there are certainly some familiar faces all throughout the list. Every top 10 ball handler in 2K26 is rated at 92 OVR or higher, meaning there are almost definitely other players with a 90 OVR or higher.
However, the list of the top dogs when it comes to handles is difficult to argue with. You can see the full top 10 list of the best handles in 2K26 below, along with what each player is rated.
Kyrie Irving – 99 OVR
For the second straight year, Dallas Mavericks point guard Kyrie Irving is the only player with a 99 OVR ball-handling rating. Irving has long been known for his incredible dribbling technique and otherwordly control with the ball in his hands, and he’s more than deserving of the top spot on the list.
Steph Curry – 97 OVR
Also for the second straight year, Steph Curry follows Irving with a 97 OVR rating in ball handling. Curry was, naturally, the top-rated three-point shooter and isn’t too far behind the top spot on this list either.
Ja Morant – 96 OVR
Ja Morant has made his way into the top three ball handlers in 2K26 after not being included in the top five last year. Morant has always shown terrific ball-handling skills, and he’s getting rewarded for his efforts with a 96 OVR rating.
Trae Young – 96 OVR
Trae Young remains a 96 OVR ball-handler in 2K26, just like he was in 2K25. While Young’s future with the Atlanta Hawks looks a little murky, his dribbling and quick maneuvers with the ball are as elite as ever.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – 95 OVR
The cover athlete for 2K26 is the fifth-highest-rated ball-handler in the game, following behind some of the truly elite handles. Gilgeous-Alexander proved his name belongs with those veterans of this list after an MVP and Finals win in 2024-25.
Jalen Brunson – 95 OVR
Jalen Brunson doesn’t have as flashy moves as the other ball handlers on this list, but the guard’s uncanny ability to create separation and shots for himself speaks volumes to his ability. Brunson comes into 2K26 with a 95 OVR rating, and that number could go up with another stellar season.
James Harden – 95 OVR
James Harden is one of the longest-standing members of this list, and he’s hovered around a 95 OVR in ball-handling for a while. Harden might be getting up there in age, but he’s still an elite player in 2K26.
Luka Doncic – 95 OVR
Los Angeles Laker star Luka Doncic is once again a 95 OVR-rated ball-handler in 2K26. He was given the same rating when he was a member of the Dallas Mavericks at the start of last season.
Devin Booker – 93 OVR
Devin Booker’s name on this list has stirred up some controversy, especially given the fact that he was chosen over someone like Cleveland’s Darius Garland. However, Booker is one of the best point guards in the NBA, and his ball-handling is a major reason for his continued success.
Kevin Durant – 92 OVR
Wrapping up the list is Kevin Durant, now a member of the Houston Rockets. Durant is a true jack-of-all-trades in the NBA, as he was also rated highly on the list of the best three-point shooters in 2K26.
