Hyderabad: The State government on Monday appointed IAS officer Amrapali Kata as Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Full Additional Charge (FAC) replacing incumbent IAS officer Ronald Rose in a major reshuffle of 44 All India Services (AIS) officers.
