After 46 years, the Ratna Bhandar of the Jagannath temple will be reopened for inventory of ornaments and valuables last accessed in 1978, according to Justice Biswanath Rath. The committee formed by the state government made the decision in a meeting at Puri, with SJTA chief administrator Arabinda Padhee set to visit the treasury alongside committee members to identify a temporary storage location.
