For a while it looked like Kamari Moulton being the starting running back for the Iowa football team could have been in doubt. After straining his hamstring in the first week of fall camp, the Iowa running back had to get back to health in following couple of weeks. The good news is that Moulton is now healthy and ready for the season opener against Albany on Saturday afternoon.
Moulton met with the media to discuss his health issue that led to him missing a good chunk of fall camp. He also talks about the competition at running back and what he saw while he was out. He talks about the development of freshman Nathan McNeil and the play of his good friend Terrell Washington Jr.
