Paris Hilton Talks Wellness From Her Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

If you still think of Paris Hilton as the larger than life it-girl of the early aughts, you’ve got it all wrong. She’s forever iconic – just to be clear – but these days, Hilton is better known as an advocate and a successful businesswoman. Answering questions from within her personal hyperbaric oxygen chamber and chatting about some of her favorite biohacks, Hilton tells Popsugar, “I’m such an undercover nerd when it comes to finding out everything about longevity and wellness.”

Not convinced? Just look to her at-home wellness spa: “I built a ‘sliving’ spa in my house. In addition to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, her home is also equipped with a NEO Light Bed for red light therapy, which is said to improve collagen production and help slow the aging process. She also has a space for cryotherapy, a full-body lymphatic machine, a pink vibration plate, and, of course, the aforementioned hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which comfortably fits four people. “It’s the number one thing for anti-aging and building telomeres so you live as long as possible, and it’s just so good for your health.”

“I built a ‘sliving’ spa in my house.”

Hilton’s wellness nonnegotiables are surprisingly simple by comparison. At the top of her list is a ritual she’s been doing since she was a little girl: her skincare routine. “My mom taught me [about it] when I was like eight years old, so I’ve been obsessed with skincare ever since,” she says.

There’s also her morning coffee. A “Parista” at heart, Hilton recently launched her own collection of creamers and cold foam with coffee company International Delight. “I love making coffee,” she says. And you’ll never catch her drinking a boring black coffee, either: Hilton tops off her raspberry champagne creamer with cotton-candy cold foam. She adds, “It’s just so delicious and makes me start my mornings in a fun and happy way.”

Joy is the foundation of her routine, which is one thing that hasn’t wavered about her approach to health and wellness. Still, it can be fun to look back, especially with the internet affectionately calling 2026 the new 2016. “Honestly, I loved everything about 2016. It was such a fun year,” Hilton says. “Looking back at the memories and photos, everything was just extra and fun. I love skinny jeans, I love the makeup trends – I really can’t think of anything I wouldn’t want to come back.”

It’s all about living your best life no matter what, and over the years, Hilton’s trademark “sliving” has become less of a meme and more of a mindset. In this current moment, sliving also involves parenthood, as Hilton is now mom to 3-year-old Phoenix and 2-year-old London. “They are my whole world,” Hilton says. That’s changed things, of course, but in her eyes, only for the better. “Being their mom keeps everything in perspective,” Hilton says. “No matter how busy things get with work, coming home to them is truly what centers me.”
