New York Mets right fielder Juan Soto and shortstop Francisco Lindor are both stars, but only the latter man is playing like one this season.

Soto is slashing just .224/.352/.393 with eight homers and 25 RBI through 55 games, while Lindor is slashing .269/.341/.448 with 10 homers and 31 RBI in the same amount of contests. Lindor also leads the Mets with 60 hits.

The team signed Juan Soto to a record 15-year, $765 million contract in the offseason, outmatching the New York Yankees’ 16-year, $760 million offer. However, the 26-year-old has yet to live up to that deal.
