Broncos free agency: Mitchell Fraboni's contract details revealed

The Mitchell Fraboni contract details are in.

The Denver Broncos gave their long snapper a three-year deal worth $4.175 million. The contract includes a $600,000 signing bonus that will be prorated as $200,000 salary cap hits in each of the next three seasons, according to OverTheCap.com.

This season, Fraboni will have a $1.1 million salary (guaranteed). That combined with his prorated signing bonus gives Fraboni a total 2025 salary cap hit of $1.3 million.

Next year, Fraboni’s salary will increase to $1.215 million, but it won’t be guaranteed. His total 2026 salary cap hit will be $1.415 million.

In the final year of his contract, Fraboni will have a $1.26 million salary, making his 2027 salary cap hit $1.46 million. If the Broncos cut him in 2026, the team would save $1.015 million. If he’s cut in 2027, it would save $1.015 million.

Fraboni’s average salary with Denver will be about $1.39 million per season, which ranks 15th among long snappers. A reasonable contract for a reliable special teams player.
