Where to find Treasure Goblins in Diablo 4

Treasure Goblins can appear (rarely) all over the place in Sanctuary, from dungeons to Helltides and beyond. They’ll appear on your mini-map when you’re near, and attempt to run away from you if you engage them in combat. But if you manage to kill them before they escape, they’ll drop a ton of loot.

Treasure Goblins behave the same way as usual during the Slay Ride to Hell event, with two major differences. First, they seem to be appearing in greater numbers throughout Sanctuary, but especially in Nahantu, which is a nice boon for folks who own the Vessel of Hatred expansion. Second, every Treasure Goblin we’ve seen during the event has summoned a second Treasure Goblin to assist them, allowing you to get two kills per Treasure Goblin found — if you’re fast, that is.

If you’re playing Diablo 4 naturally, you’ll find plenty of Treasure Goblins throughout the event (especially if you’re hanging out in Nahantu). But if you’re specifically looking to hunt down Treasure Goblins to add to the community totals, they’re still random spawns, so your best bet is to get on your mount and roam around Nahantu until that Treasure Goblin icon appears on your map so you can kill it and mount back up to roam again.
