While the East-West Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl steal the headlines during the college football All-Star circuit, there are other games that college players attend to show off their talents. One of those is the Trillion Tropical Bowl.
While the game doesn’t have the history of the others, it still is a showcase for talented football players and scouts and general managers make their way to Orlando for the event. According to a recent report, the Tennessee Titans were on hand to sit down with Stanford linebacker Gaethan Bernadel.
.@StanfordFball LB Gaethan Bernadel recorded 172 tackles over the previous two years, making 24 consecutive starts.

Bernadel has been a consistent force during his college career. Projected as a Day 3 prospect, he may lack the athleticism to be a three-down enforcer, but has shown the physicality and tackling ability that will make him a potential depth piece and special teams performer.
In his career split between Florida International and Stanford, Bernadel totaled 319 tackles (158 solo), 22 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, one interception, three pass deflections, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble and showed tremendous durability, missing only two games in a four-year career.
Bernadel is the second late-round inside linebacker prospect that projects to be a core special teams performer that has been linked to the Titans in during this pre-draft process.
